工事中！！
最近、雨の日が多くて、工事の予定が変更につぐ変更です。
当然モデルハウスの工事は、お客様宅が優先なので、
後回しになりがち。
それでも、バルコニーの工事はもう少しで完了です。
先週の雨の中、南側のバルコニーの鉄骨部分を取り付け。
この骨組み外壁と同じ色の塗装をし、
その上に、デッキと同じ桧の１０５角の材が配置されます。
このあとは、大工さんがバルコニーを作り、
もう一度塗装屋さんがきて、仕上げの塗装をしてくれます。
こちらは北側のバルコニー。
鉄骨で軽やかな感じを出しています。
床がメッシュなので、高いところが苦手な方は大変かも。
こちらもこのあと塗装が入って仕上がりです。
