メンテナンスの技
先日、お引き渡しをして3年になるお宅のメンテナンスに伺いました。
その中で、メンテナンスをしてほしいとのご要望があり、
壁と柱との取り合い部分の補修を行いました。
写真がその様子。
やっているのは、当社のベテラン工事担当の津谷です。
養生テープを貼って、すきまができた部分をコーキングで埋めていきます。
さすがベテラン、上手い！ の一言です！
お客様も感心しておられました。
（私も手伝いましたが、うまさの差があまりにはっきりするので、
邪魔しないように応援？に回りました。）
まっすぐな所だけでなく、
柱が乾燥していくために出来てしまう、壁の曲った斜めのわれも、
細かくて丁寧な作業で、埋めてほとんどわからなくなりました。
「まあ、慣れてるからね」と津谷。
仕上がりのきれいなメンテナンスは、住み続ける上でも重要ですね。
参りました。
ちなみに、
無垢の木を使っているので、住みはじめは特に柱周りがすきまができたりします。
仕上げだけの問題ですので、すきま風が入るような隙間ではありません。
