ミシュランに載ったお山
みなさんご存知な方も多いかと思いますが・・・
先日、ミシュランでも話題になった高尾山に登ってきました。
自力で登りたい気持ちもあったのですが、
頂上まで登りきる自信が無かったのでカーブルカーで登ってきました。
高尾山のケーブルカーはとても急な坂になっていて
登りきれるのかと思うくらいドキドキ感満点でしたよ。
ケーブルカーを降りて参道を歩いていると
すごく大きな木を見つけました。
こちらの木は、樹齢480年になる『たこ杉』という木だそうです。
由来は、
昔、参道開さくの際に盤根がわだかまって工事の邪魔になるところから
伐採しようとしたら、一夜にして根が後方に曲折した。との伝説と
その根が『たこの足』に似ているところから
この名が付けられたそうです。
一夜にして曲折するなんて！！！と驚き写真１枚パチリ。
すごいですよね～。
ほかにも樹齢が何十年も経っているような大きな木などに囲まれながら
高尾山薬王院まで登り、お参りしてきました。
高尾山はとても景色の楽しめる場所だったので
ぜひお薦めです。
今から紅葉の季節なので、登りながら紅葉を楽しむってのも素敵ですね。
