天高く・・・
馬肥ゆるというか、本来なら私も肥ゆる秋のはずなのですがっっ。 新米をはじめ、おいしいものいっぱ
い！！。スポーツのではなく読書でもなくひたすら食欲の秋と行きたい所なのですがっっ。先月から気管
支炎を患ってしまい、咳げっほげほの為おいしいもの封印中の向田です。食事量が少なくなったのでちょ
うど良くダイエットか？と思いきや、すぐ息切れしてしまうは咳は出るはで結局運動しない為体重はほぼ
横ばい。ちょっとは減りましたがほんとにちょこっと。早く治したいです。咳のおかげで背中が張ってしまい
腕にまで痛みが来るので、いつもお世話になっている接骨院でいつもより多めにぐりぐりと鍼をうってもら
っています。鍼未経験者の人はたいてい痛そうだからいやだと言いますが、そんなに痛くないですよ。症
状が重いほうが痛みは感じないそうです。ほとんどは、えっ今鍼刺してるの？ていうぐらい分からないの
ですが、ほんとに時々痛点にピンポイント！！。痛っ。でも普通の注射ほどは痛くないです。症状や体質
によって効く人と効かない人がいるそうですが私は効く方。どちらかというとお灸の方が苦手で、先生が
お灸を出してくると敵前逃亡したくなります。(何回かやけどしました)健康であることが一番だとしみじみ
実感しています。さて、話は変わりますが私向田は今まで坂東市のカドコーリビングというお店(工事部
門)にいたのですが、先日よりつくばスタッフに仲間入りしました。これからはつくばのモデルハウスで頑
張りますのでよろしくお願いします。いつもと変わったのがいるなと思ったらそれが私です。
